Team England Loch Style National 2020
This competition consists of 10 qualifying events around the country. 100 anglers will qualify for the National Loch Style Final at Draycote Water on 26th & 27th September 2020.
All qualifiers are based on large stillwaters.
Maximum number of entries per angler is 3
Entry is limited to those who will be 18 years old when they fish the first heat.
Rules have substantially altered since 2019 – you are advised to read all the rules and FAQs including for catch and release and those pertaining to de-barbed and barbless hooks. A new system of recording your catch will be in force. Full details are included in the revised rules and FAQs – please read them.
In booking a ticket for this event you are agreeing to the following;
a) You have read the rules and agree to abide by the national and local rules.
b) You are at least 18 years old when you fish the first heat.
c) You have read this document including FAQs in full.
d) You understand by completing your entry you are bound by the terms and conditions. (downloadable from the Angling Trust Events website).
e) You have read the generic Risk Assessment for Loch Style events on the AT TEFF website.
f) You will not bring the name of Angling Trust and / or Team England Fly Fishing into disrepute.
g) You will respect the many volunteers and fishery staff that make the organising of these events run as smoothly as possible.
h) If you qualify to fish the final you will become a member of Angling Trust and retain that membership once / if you become a member of any AT TEFF team.
i) You will familiarise yourself with the match rules for the heat in question in advance of any practice sessions or the heat itself. (Note that match rules and fishery rules often vary).
j) If you have been banned from fishing at any of the designated venues used for the AT-TEFF heats / Repêchage / Final you will NOT BE ALLOWED to fish at that venue in this competition until the ban is lifted by the fishery.
Any contravention of the above (a to j) may lead to disqualification.
